Who We Are
Epic Pro Inc. is a licensed master agent specializing in community-based outreach and essential service enrollment programs.
Founded in 2018 in the Greater Los Angeles area, we now support operations across the United States, with active agent teams throughout California and expanding markets.
Our mission is to provide access to essential services - such as wireless connectivity and household utility savings - to underserved communities across the U.S.
What We Do
We recruit, train, and support field agents and team leaders who help eligible residents enroll in government-supported and low-cost service programs.
Our core services currently include:
Lifeline Wireless Program: Providing free or low-cost mobile service, devices, and broadband access to qualifying individuals.
California Home Gas Savings Program (Northern California): Helping households reduce utility expenses through a fixed-rate natural gas plan and community-based outreach.
What is the Lifeline Program?
Lifeline is a U.S. government program run by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) that lowers the monthly cost of phone or internet service.
Since 1985, the Lifeline program has provided a discount on phone service for qualifying low-income consumers to ensure that all Americans have the opportunities and security that phone service brings, including being able to connect to jobs, family, and emergency services.
Lifeline is part of the Universal Service Fund and available to eligible low-income consumers in every state, territory, commonwealth, and on Tribal lands.
What is the California Home Gas Savings Program?
The California Home Gas Savings Program helps eligible households reduce their monthly natural gas bill by enrolling in a fixed-rate residential gas plan. Designed for PG&E utility areas in Northern California, this program offers customers the option to switch fro variable utility gas pricing to a stable, affordable rate - helping protect households from seasonal rate increases and high winter bills.
This initiative supportive supports families, seniors, and individuals by making energy costs more predictable and manageable, ensuring that access to safe, reliable home heating is not a financial burden. Epic Pro partners with approved energy providers to offer this solution through in-person outreach, helping residents enroll directly in their local communities.
