Who We Are

Epic Pro Inc is a premier TruConnect master agent and Lifeline Program provider. Epic Pro Inc was founded in 2018 in the greater Los Angeles area and currently serves the entire U.S. market.

Our mission is to provide broadband Internet assistance to those that need it most.

What We Do

We believe that everyone deserves the right to Internet access.

The digital divide is one of the most important issues we face today. Digital divide refers to the gap between those who benefit from the Digital Age and those who do not.

According to the Federal Communications Commission, approximately 19 million Americans-6 percent of the population-still lack access to fixed broadband service at threshold speeds. In rural areas, nearly one-fourth of the population-14.5 million people-lack access to this service. In tribal areas, nearly one-third of the population lacks access. Even in areas where broadband is available, approximately 100 million Americans still do not subscribe. 

Lifeline is a U.S. government program run by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) that lowers the monthly cost of phone or internet service.

Since 1985, the Lifeline program has provided a discount on phone service for qualifying low-income consumers to ensure that all Americans have the opportunities and security that phone service brings, including being able to connect to jobs, family and emergency services. Lifeline is part of the Universal Service Fund. The Lifeline program is available to eligible low-income consumers in every state, territory, commonwealth, and on Tribal lands.
